We involve our members in many ways, from trail clearing and building, to event planning and scholarships. The Chester Snowmobile Club alone maintains some 60 miles of local trails. This work goes on year-round, as the trails need to be cleared of fallen trees, brush and other vegetation during the warmer months. Once the snow falls, the trails must be groomed every night. We are grateful for our club members and volunteers from the local community for all their hard work!
We continue to improve our trail system every year with not only wider and smoother trails, but also by strengething our relationships with the landowners whose land the trails are built on. We deeply appreciate our local landowners, as snowmobiling in Vermont wouldn't be possible without them.
